Reasons Why You Must Go Glamping

As someone who used to absolutely despise sleeping in a tent on camping trips, I was particularly happy when the craze of glamping came along as it provided me with the perfect antidote to my problems. I always liked the idea of sleeping under the stars but the cold nights, lack of bathroom options and inability to cook on anything other than an open fire, were big no-nos for me. Thankfully glamping in Australia really took off and there are spots all over the country where I can go and get the camping experience which I have always wanted. If you haven’t been glamping yet, here are just some of the reasons why you’ll love it.

If you truly want the glamping experience of a lifetime, Glamping Hub is the perfect place to book your luxury glamping getaways.

Best of Both Worlds

The first thing to mention about this style of camping is that it offers you the very best of both worlds. You can sleep under the stars, connect with nature and do all of the things that you would normally do on a camping trip, only there is a difference. Whilst you get all of the benefits which camping gives you, whilst doing so you will be staying in a warm, comfortable spot which has running water, heating, electricity and some of them even have a stove and oven. If you are like me and think that camping is just a little bit too down and dirty, glamping is the perfect choice.

Exciting and Colourful

Since glamping has taken off, it seems that each site are trying to outdo one another in terms of offering not only style and comfort, but a certain uniqueness to the way in which they set up their camps. Throughout the world you can find glamping spots which offer treeehouses, igloos, wooden pods, old buildings and even glamping spots on the water. The boutique hotel model is followed with many of these campsites and each one provides a different style and personality from the next.

Family Friendly

Kids will absolutely adore glamping if they are anything like mine and it actually serves as a great introduction to camping itself. To give you an example of this, my little boy loved glamping and fell in love with camping as a result. For my little girl, she also loves glamping but draws the line at staying in a  tent with no electric and no cleaning facilities, boys and girls eh!!

Glamping is not just about having a warm and cosy place to stay out in nature, many of the sites which exist around the world also like to add a luxury twist. In fact, in most of the campsites which you will find that offer glamping, you will see that they often have a luxury suite which you can pay a little bit extra for, and get the chance to stay in a truly luxurious room, whilst still getting all of the benefits that camping offers.

I can’t stress enough how much I love to take these kind of breaks with mu husband and the kids and I have no doubt that you’ll feel the same after you lose your glamping virginity.
